At Li- Marine, we understand that every yacht is as unique as its Owner and its Captain. That’s why we work with you to create a tailored Fraser Yacht Management package from our Service Scope:

Safety management, technical management, insurance management, crew management, crew placement, project management and yacht accounting. 

Safety Management

With expertise in the international codes and conventions for safety, security and maritime labour (ISM, ISPS & MLC), as well as the specific requirements of each Flag State, Fraser has developed the most effective Safety Management System (SMS) in the industry. 

Customized to suit the operational requirements of each vessel, the SMS is externally audited and provides for a continuous cycle of improvement. Fraser currently works with +11 Documents of Compliance (DOCs) with 21 different Flag States, and has authorization to manage ship types including Commercial Yachts, Passenger Yachts, Research Vessels and Special Purpose Ships. Fraser can also assist with yacht registration and classification.

Technical Management

With decades of combined on and off board experience, the Fraser technical team works closely with your Captain, and visits the yacht frequently, to ensure the yacht remains technically optimised and continuously maintained. 

When upgrade work is required, we help with selecting and monitoring vendors, contractors and shipyards, ensuring work aligns with your budget and use of the vessel. Fraser’s operations team will conduct a periodic review of vessel upkeep, planned maintenance schedules and other issues affecting safety and vessel operation, all with full reporting.

Insurance Management

Fraser takes a proactive approach to our relationships with the insurance providers for our yachts. 

We work closely with a number of insurance brokers and conduct regular reviews of hull and machinery and indemnity policies as well as crew health insurance.
